Delivery Policy

This Delivery Policy explains how GOLAVON LIMITED ("we", "us", "our"), operator of golavon.com, delivers the digital software licenses you purchase. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions (Section 4, "Delivery of Digital Products").
1. Nature of Delivery
1.1 All products sold on this Website are digital, non-physical software licenses. No physical item is shipped, packaged, or posted at any point.
1.2 Shipping cost for every order is £0, as no courier or postal delivery is involved.
2. How Your License Is Delivered
2.1 Your license key, activation code, and/or account credentials are delivered electronically, typically by:
- an automated email to the address you provide at checkout, and/or
- an order confirmation or download page shown immediately after successful payment.
2.2 Delivery instructions and any activation steps required (e.g. redeeming a key through the manufacturer's own portal) are included with your delivery email.
3. Delivery Timeframe
3.1 Delivery is instant in the vast majority of cases, and we guarantee delivery of your license within a maximum of 30 minutes of your payment being successfully confirmed.
3.2 In rare, exceptional cases (for example, where additional fraud/payment verification is required, or in the event of a technical issue on our side), delivery may take longer than 30 minutes. If this happens, we will proactively email you with an update and the revised expected delivery time.
3.3 If your license has not arrived within 30 minutes and you have not received any communication from us, contact us immediately at contact@golavon.com or +44 798 859 8701 and we will treat it as a priority.
4. If You Don't Receive Your License
If you do not receive your license within the stated timeframe:
- Check the spam/junk folder of the email address used at checkout.
- Confirm the email address entered at checkout was correct.
- Check your order confirmation/download page, if one was provided.
- If you still cannot locate your license, contact us at contact@golavon.com or +44 798 859 8701 with your order number, and we will investigate and resend or resolve the issue promptly.
5. International Delivery
Because delivery is electronic, licenses can generally be delivered to customers outside the UK where a product page indicates international availability. Note that the software itself may be subject to regional licensing, language, or activation restrictions set by the manufacturer — check the product page or contact us before ordering if you are unsure whether a license is valid for your region.
6. Your Consent to Immediate Delivery
By completing checkout, you expressly request that we begin delivery of your digital license immediately, and you acknowledge that this affects your statutory right to cancel — see our Terms & Conditions (Section 5) and Cancellation Policy for full details.
