Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy explains how customers can cancel an order with GOLAVON LIMITED.
This policy also explains how cancellation rights apply to digital software licences purchased through golavon.com.

Cancellation Policy Rules
If you change your mind after placing an order but before we have delivered your licence, contact us as soon as possible.

If digital delivery has not yet started, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Most licences are processed quickly after payment confirmation. Therefore, the period available to cancel before delivery may be very short.
Cancelling After Delivery of Digital Content
Consumers normally have a 14-day cancellation period for qualifying distance contracts under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
For digital content supplied without a physical medium, the cancellation right can end before the 14-day period expires. This happens when you expressly consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that your right to cancel will be lost once supply begins.
We request this consent and acknowledgement during checkout where immediate digital delivery applies.
Once we begin supplying the digital licence after receiving the required consent and acknowledgement, you may no longer have the statutory right to cancel simply because you changed your mind.
You can review the relevant UK rules in Regulation 37 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
This does not affect your rights if the licence is faulty, not as described, or does not work as it should. Please review our Refund & Returns Policy and Warranty Information for those situations.
Microsoft 365 Subscriptions
Our Microsoft 365 products are prepaid 12-month subscriptions paid once at checkout. Golavon does not charge automatic renewals, so there is no future renewal to cancel with us. Any renewal after the 12-month term is purchased and managed in your own Microsoft account.
Cancellations by Golavon Limited
We may cancel an order before delivery in limited circumstances.
This may include a genuine pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, payment verification problems, or circumstances where we cannot supply the licence ordered.
If we cancel an order before delivery, we will notify you and refund any amount you have paid for that order.
How to Request a Cancellation
Please provide your order number and the email address used during checkout when requesting cancellation.
